Call To Worship:

From: Genesis 1:1-3, 1:26-7, John 1:1-4, 14

LEADER In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.  And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.

ALL In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God…In him was life, and the life was the light of men.

LEADER Then God said, “Let us make man in our image...So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.

ALL The Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.

 

BENEDICTION:

May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord make His face to shine upon you and be gracious to you. May He lift up the light of His countenance, and give you His peace, now and forever, Amen.
